please direct any emails regarding returns or exchanges to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
to be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us with a detailed description of the damage/issue,
and a photo would be very much appreciated.
you're only eligible for a refund or exchange if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
we don't accept refunds or exchanges on orders that were damaged by your cat.
once a refund is issued, funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
when returning a gift, if eligible for a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service rep
will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
